People who pre-ordered the Assassin's Creed game received the Pre-order pack.
The pre-order pack consists of a metal outer case. There is a number on the case because the pre-order pack was made in a limited number of 50,000 copies. There is a comic strip and finally a Bonus DVD. The latter contains PC software called "The Artifact" that is used to obtain additional content, icons and screensavers, some desktop wallpapers, and a collection of promotional videos for the game.
